Welcome to My Virtual Mart! We are committed to delivering your orders quickly and efficiently. Please read our Shipping Policy to understand how we handle processing, delivery times, shipping costs, and other important details.
 

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship within the United States. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

✔️ P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO addresses (some restrictions may apply)
 

2. Processing & Handling Time

  • Order Processing Time: 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday)

  • Orders placed after 3 PM (CST) will be processed the next business day.

  • Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

⏳ Delays: During peak seasons (holidays, sales events), processing may take 2-4 business days.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • You can track your order on our website or through the carrier’s website.

  • If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days, please contact us at info@myvirtualmart.com.
     

5. Shipping Restrictions

🚫 We Cannot Ship to:

  • International locations

  • U.S. Territories (Guam, Puerto Rico, etc.)

  • Hazardous material-restricted areas

Certain perishable goods (like frozen food or plants) may have limited shipping options.
 

6. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as "Delivered" by the carrier.

📌 What to do if your package is lost or delayed?
✔️ Check with your local carrier or neighbors.
✔️ Allow 24-48 hours for late deliveries.
✔️ If still missing, contact our support team at info@myvirtualmart.com.

For stolen packages, we recommend filing a claim with the shipping carrier or your local authorities.
 

7. Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Changes to Orders: Once your order is processed, we cannot modify shipping addresses or item details.

  • Cancellations: You can cancel an order within 12 hours of placing it (if it hasn’t shipped yet).
     

8. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

📸 Provide clear photos of the issue and email them to info@myvirtualmart.com.
✅ We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
